The "Alberto Regal Matienzo" Library belonging to the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the UNI Its function is to provide bibliographic services and a suitable space for users to support their academic activities, and also safeguard and manage the collections of books, magazines, theses and multimedia material that is available to users according to the policies and established internal rules.

Contribute to the training of Civil Engineers with high standards of excellence, quality and integrity. Providing support for learning, teaching and research, and that in turn can implement technologies and create management strategies that contribute to sustainable development and a better quality of life for society.

VISION

To be the leading library in the search for engineering information, and to continue to maintain recognition as a model library specialized in civil engineering, due to our permanent quality of bibliographic information, and constant innovation.

Register, preserve, disseminate and provide the user with quality Bibliographic Material.
Establish and maintain an adequate relationship and cooperation with related institutions and bodies.
Contribute to the development of education and culture.
Adapt the different services provided to the user's needs.
Promote the integration and good technical functioning of library services.
Facilitate timely and rapid access to bibliographic information to the university community and the general public.
